Next Generation Data Ingestion Platform
10x Software has been engaged to deliver an AI enabled data ingestion platform in partnership with the client. The solution is designed to streamline complex data driven workflows and accelerate the delivery of business capabilities. The engagement spans ideation, full stack architecture, development, and implementation, leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering practices to increase delivery velocity, optimise costs, and enable rapid iteration.

Claims Handling Platform
10x Software was engaged by RiverStone to deliver a greenfield claims handling platform, full stack feature delivery, with a significant role in micro and macro architecture. The engagement included running product workshops with stakeholders and shaping backlog priorities.
Inspection Management System
The inspection management system supports farming subsidy inspections in Northern Ireland, spanning multiple subsidy schemes that each needed new rules implemented as policy changed over several years. Each scheme carried a strict annual deadline for inspection selection. 10x Software implemented the policy driven rule changes across the subsidy schemes, with the solution delivered ahead of the inspection selection deadline each year.
The system also needed to integrate with the new NIFAIS system, bringing cattle and veterinary data into a long standing legacy system, ahead of a hard go live date for NIFAIS. 10x Software built the integration and delivered to a key milestone ahead of that date.
Timber Sales Management System
The timber sales management system for forestry management ran as an Angular PWA that was failing due to the previous development team's work, to the point where the department reverted to a paper based process. 10x Software joined as Angular specialists to fix it. Within twelve weeks, the key components were rewritten and tested, and a working solution was delivered back into production, with customers returning to the system instead of the paper process.
Contract Management System
The contract management system had failed delivery in previous years. 10x Software delivered the system from concept through to release in twelve weeks across six sprints, working with a team of five graduate developers. At the end of the twelve weeks, the system was released and demonstrated to key stakeholders.
